Suggested use

Adults, take 2 tablets nightly within an hour before bedtime. For best results, allow for at least 6 hours of sleep.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium; less than 2% of: magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica, stearic acid, sodium acetate anhydrous.
